RETURNS
Items must be returned in its original condition for an exchange or refund within ten (10) days of receipt.
The shipping & handling charge is not refundable.
Customer is responsible for cost of shipping of any returns. 
For exchanges, there is no additional shipping charge.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We do take international orders, but currently orders must be sent to online_sales@seryedesign.com. Please include the product name and size that you would like to order, also include full name, address and phone number. A sales rep will contact you via email within 24-48 hours with a total that includes shipping. Payment will only be accepted through PayPal. All international orders are shipped via UPS.

Q: Can I place an order if I do not live in the U.S.?
A: Yes. You can place an order by sending it to online_sales@seryedesign.com. You must include the product name, size & color with your full name, address & phone number. You will be billed via Paypal with shipping cost included. Customer is responsible for customs/duty charges. 

Q: How will my order be shipped?
A: U.S. orders are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via UPS.

Q: How many days will it take to send my order?
A: All orders will be processed & shipped in 2-3 business days.

Q: How much is it for shipping?
A: For all U.S. orders, shipping is a flat $8 fee. Shipping is free for U.S. orders over $100. For International orders, shipping costs will vary based on weight & location.

Q: How can I exchange my product or return it for a refund?
